Passenger comfort, luggage, access and the schedule all shape the vehicle choice. Our regular fleet is supported by subcontractors and additional sourcing where required.

PRINCIPAL & CAST CARS

Executive saloons.

For individual and smaller-group movements between home, hotel, studio and location. Discuss the level of comfort, passenger preferences and the working pattern with us when planning principal or cast transport.

A vehicle’s passenger capacity does not tell the whole story. Several large cases, wardrobe or other carried items can change the suitable allocation; please include them in the brief.

TRAVELLING TOGETHER

People carriers.

People carriers offer an alternative when passengers need to travel together, or when a saloon is not the right fit for the movement. They can support cast groups, production journeys and airport transfers.

Tell us how many people will be travelling at the same time and what each will bring. Seat layout, luggage space and ease of access vary by vehicle, so the configuration needs to match the booking.

If there are accessibility requirements, please raise them before a vehicle is allocated. We will discuss suitability rather than assume that a larger vehicle is automatically suitable.

CREW & UNIT MOVEMENTS

Minibuses.

For moving the wider crew, running unit-base shuttles and coordinating groups between locations. A planned shuttle can serve a different need from a vehicle allocated for the whole day.

We’ll discuss the peak passenger load, route, frequency and waiting arrangements. Access, turning space and collection points also affect which vehicle is appropriate.

Please confirm seating and luggage requirements together. The final capacity and vehicle specification are agreed for the job.

Hybrids, an EV
and HVO.

Our current mix includes two hybrids and one fully electric vehicle supplied by a regular subcontractor who usually works with us. HVO is used across the rest of the fleet.

Additional vehicles can generally be sourced, subject to availability and suitability. The subcontracted EV is part of our offering, not an FAMS-owned vehicle. We confirm the actual vehicle mix and fuel arrangements for each production.

Can we request a particular vehicle?

Yes—tell us the model or specification you need. A request is subject to availability; the agreed allocation, not a website photograph, confirms the vehicle for the booking.

What if our needs are beyond the regular fleet?

We can generally source additional vehicles. Share the dates, passenger numbers and required specification so availability and suitability can be discussed before a commitment is made.

Can we request an electric vehicle?

Yes. We’ll look at availability alongside daily mileage, charging access, passenger and luggage requirements, and the time between movements. Our regular EV is supplied by a subcontractor.
