We provide discreet transport for principal cast and other cast members between home, hotel, studio and location. Executive saloons and people carriers offer different options depending on the passengers, luggage and filming schedule.

Start with the movements you need covered: collections, required arrival times, location changes and anticipated wrap. Where details are provisional, flag them so they can be worked through before the transport plan is confirmed.

Minibuses and people carriers can support crew collections, unit-base shuttles and movements between filming locations. The right arrangement depends on more than the total headcount: the number travelling at once, turnaround time and access at each end matter too.

For a shuttle enquiry, tell us the busiest movement, the collection points and whether vehicles need to remain available through the day. Passenger luggage and equipment need to be considered separately from seating capacity.

We can discuss additional vehicle sourcing where your requirements extend beyond the regular fleet, subject to availability and suitability.

Airport transfers and bespoke journeys can be discussed alongside the wider production transport plan. A saloon may suit an individual transfer; a people carrier may be more appropriate for a group or additional luggage.

Please include the airport and terminal, flight details, passenger numbers, luggage and the onward destination when enquiring. Tell us about any onward call time so the transfer can be considered in the context of the filming day.

Vehicle availability, collection arrangements and any waiting requirements are agreed for the booking.

FAMS offers on-site and remote transport captain support. This brings the detail of vehicle allocations, daily movements and changing requirements together around the production’s schedule.

Production provides the requirements, call times and movement information. We work through the transport response: suitable vehicles, allocations, journey feasibility and the practical effect of changes. The scope of coordination is agreed at the outset.
